Talent Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Steering of a development and potential approach, incl. the annual development review process.
  • Focusing on development planning and measures with a strong digital character
  • Advising the departments on the concretisation and implementation of the HR development strategy together with the respective responsible team leaders
  • Developing a systematic approach to succession management, identifying gaps and defining appropriate solutions
  • Ensuring the continuous optimisation and digitalisation of global talent processes, standards and systems to ensure quality and efficiency

Required skills:

  • Completed studies or training in the fields of (business) psychology, social or economic sciences with a focus on HR or in a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources and organisational development
  • Agency experience and/or knowledge in the field of marketing or digital media is an advantage
  • Experience with the implementation of talent management solutions
  • Affinity and skills in strategic, networked and creative thinking
  • Very good German and English skills
