Humana Heritage Branding Campaign 

For more than 70 years, Humana has accompanied parents and their children as a reliable and trusted partner. With the Heritage campaign, we use this unique story to increase awareness of Humana and at the same time consolidate Humana’s brand image with the target audience  

Two complementary videos are the central elements of the campaign, played out on Facebook and Instagram. By combining a prominent placement of Humana branding on the one hand and a direct, emotional entry into the brand history on the other, we were able to increase Humana’s brand awareness and loyalty among the target group.  

The campaign goals developed together with the customer were fully met and in some cases even exceeded. With a reach of more than 2.6 million, the campaign has helped establishing the enduring values of quality and safety in Humana’s brand core in the perception of the target group.
