Background and Challenge
The presentation of Netto's New Year's Eve fireworks range for 2018 posed a particular challenge: customers needed a clear and appealing overview of regionally available fireworks products to optimally plan their selection for the celebration. It was crucial to communicate the diversity of the product range comprehensibly and support customers in their purchasing decisions.
Approach and Realization
To address this challenge, we developed a specially designed microsite that enabled visually appealing and customer-friendly presentation of the entire fireworks portfolio. The core solution featured individual videos for each fireworks product, demonstrating their characteristics and effects to customers in an illustrative manner. The microsite took into account the regionally varying availability of products across different Netto stores.
Results
The final outcome was a functional and user-friendly platform that allowed customers to specifically select their desired fireworks products and add them to a digital shopping list in the quantities they wanted. This list could then be printed out, ensuring customers maintained a clear overview of all planned purchases and their respective quantities when shopping at Netto stores.
