Background and Challenge

Sprinkenhof GmbH, Hamburg's municipal real estate service provider and construction company, faced the task of fundamentally renewing their digital presence. The organization needed a website that could effectively showcase the complexity and diversity of their business areas – from corporate organization and various real estate projects to tenders and sustainability initiatives. Their existing online presence no longer met modern standards for user experience and visual appeal.

 

Approach and Realization

From late 2020 to mid-2021, we executed a comprehensive website relaunch project for Sprinkenhof GmbH. Our approach was holistic: We first developed an inviting homepage designed to spark interest in the company and its services. Simultaneously, we created over 30 structured overview pages that clearly present the various corporate focus areas. The centerpiece consisted of approximately 250 detailed subpages containing specific information about projects, awards, public and commercial properties, as well as corporate organization. Each page was carefully conceived, designed, programmed, and implemented.

 

Results

The outcome was convincing in every respect: a website that maintained clear overview despite its comprehensive content and impresses through intuitive navigation. The modern, clean design invited repeated exploration and made Sprinkenhof GmbH's diversity tangible. The new digital presence reflected the professionalism of Hamburg's real estate service provider and offered users a pleasant and informative online experience.
