We are looking for a Junior Office Manager (m/f/d) for our Hamburg office on a full-time or part-time basis. Join us in creating a welcoming and motivating work environment for everyone. This is your chance to turn our office into an inspiring place!
Key Tasks
- Reception & communication: Managing reception duties, preparing meetings and events
- Office organization: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, overseeing dispatch management, and ordering office supplies, food, and beverages
- Employee support: Acting as the main office contact for staff concerns
- Coordination with service providers: Managing external partners such as property management and insurance companies
- Travel & event management: Assisting with the organization, booking, and invoicing of business travel, agency events, and client meetings
- General support: Assisting with internal and client-specific projects as needed
Your Skills
EXPERIENCE | First professional experience as an office manager or in a similar role / previous experience in an agency is a plus
KEY FEATURES | Excellent communication and organizational skills / self-starter mentality / reliability
LANGUAGE SKILLS | Strong proficiency in German and English
