Paid Media Specialist (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist (m/f/d) who loves data-driven campaigns, provides creative impetus, and advances clients both strategically and operationally.
Key Tasks
- Strategy & Concept: Development of integrated paid social strategies and targeted campaign architectures (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Testing & Innovation: Creation of testing roadmaps and development of hypotheses and optimization approaches.
- Creator & Content: Planning of creator/influencer collaborations, creative content ideation, and management of high-quality content productions.
- Client & Project Responsibility: End-to-end client support, including budget planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring of all paid and organic activities, derivation of data-based optimizations and recommendations for action.
- Collaboration: Close coordination with social media, design, motion, copy, and other paid specialists.
Your Skills
EDUCATION | Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field.
EXPERIENCE | Experience in managing paid social campaigns on at least two major platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
KEY FEATURES | Strong understanding of funnel logic, audiences, KPIs, and creatives / Creativity, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration / Confident manner in client meetings and presentations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS | You speak German and English at a high level.
