Background and Challenge

PALAZZO combines world-class live entertainment with fine dining across various cities in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. To reflect the unique flair of this dinner-show experience in the digital space, the existing website needed a complete relaunch. The new site was to highlight all show locations, provide information-rich pages, streamline ticket booking, and include a dedicated casting section for performer applications. Key goals included a mobile-first design, a more modern, user-friendly look and feel, and the transition from TYPO3 to Magnolia CMS to give the PALAZZO team greater editorial flexibility and control.

 

Approach and Realization

In collaboration with PALAZZO, we designed a brand-new website that brings the glamour and energy of the shows to life online. The new site architecture was built for clarity and ease of navigation across all devices. Show details, venue pages, menu highlights, and ticketing options are now just a few clicks away. Rich visuals – like show videos, immersive photography, and elegant animations – enhance the user experience without overwhelming it. We also implemented Magnolia CMS to enable in-house content management and set up a fully integrated, streamlined ticketing solution. Additionally, we launched a new casting section, allowing performers to easily discover opportunities and apply online.

 

Results

The relaunch brought PALAZZO’s digital presence to the next level – sleek, modern, user-friendly, and responsive across all devices. The new website effectively captures the emotional appeal and quality of the live shows while supporting both ticket sales and talent acquisition. With the switch to Magnolia, the PALAZZO team can now manage and update content independently – paving the way for long-term digital agility.
