From Root to Leaf: Corporate Identity Relaunch for The Generation Forest
Background and Challenge
The Generation Forest faced the task of modernizing its visual identity. As part of a website relaunch, the entire corporate identity needed to be redesigned – a renewal that would extend far beyond the digital presence to encompass all communication channels. The challenge was to anchor the values and mission of The Generation Forest in a consistent, powerful design that resonates across every touchpoint.
Approach and Realization
We completely renewed the corporate identity, taking a holistic approach. The starting point was the new website – with a brand-new design for imagery, color scheme, icons, and typography –, which served as the central platform defining the design language. From there, we systematically extended the new visual identity across all digital channels: META (Instagram and Facebook), YouTube, and Google received a unified visual foundation. Additionally, we developed communication templates – such as for sustainability reports – that translate the new design into The Generation Forest's daily practice.
Results
The Generation Forest now had a cohesive, modern corporate identity that extended across the entire web presence and all relevant communication channels. The new visual language gave the brand greater impact and recognition. Through consistent implementation across all platforms, The Generation Forest’s message was communicated clearly and compellingly – from the website to the sustainability report.
