Diamant Sugar: Brand New Website, Three Worlds of Taste, Endless Inspiration
Background and Challenge
Pfeifer & Langen continuously expands its range of premium sugar specialties under the Diamant brand. The growing and constantly evolving product portfolio required a contemporary digital presentation that would do justice to the brand's diversity and various applications. The existing website no longer met the standards of a modern, user-centric brand experience.
Approach and Realization
The concept structures the website around three central worlds of indulgence: "Preserves," "Baking," and "Beverages." Right from the homepage, integrated videos from these areas spark curiosity and create appetite for discovery. Products are showcased in their new packaging and enhanced with numerous illustrations and visual elements – playful, indulgent, and premium.
Each world of indulgence received its own magazine section featuring informative articles about preparation, baking, sweetening, and preserving. The new recipe section is particularly well-conceived: intelligent search functions and practical filters guide users quickly to their desired recipe. An interactive seasonal calendar provides all relevant information about local and exotic fruits – downloadable or directly integrable into personal calendars.
As a special highlight, Davies Meyer developed the "Jam Configurator" for the preserving season: an interactive tool that allows preserving enthusiasts to create their own custom jams and fruit spreads. Matching label designs for printing give homemade creations the perfect finishing touch.
Results
The new website seamlessly combines inspiration with information. Visitors not only find the right product but discover an entire brand world full of sweet possibilities. Direct integration with the online shop, social media channels, and monthly newsletter creates lasting touchpoints. Diamant Zucker now presents itself as a modern, accessible brand that accompanies and enriches moments of indulgence in everyday life.
