1. Why this page

The European AI Act requires transparency when people interact with AI systems or when content has been generated with AI. This page is maintained by Davies Meyer GmbH and describes how we use AI on daviesmeyer.com. It is not an independent verification and not a certification.

2. AI assistants

In several places you can interact with an AI assistant. These are clearly marked – you are not talking to a human:

• The chat assistant on the website
• The event concierge on our event pages
• The briefing generator that drafts your briefing automatically

Responses are produced by a language model and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not constitute legal, tax or investment advice and are not a binding offer. For binding information please reach out via our contact page.

3. Labelling of AI images and videos

Wherever we show photorealistic images or videos depicting people, places or events that were created with AI, we label them directly on the media as "AI-generated image" or "AI-generated video". This applies in particular to our Brand Avatars and the related demo videos, as well as the location visuals on our offices page. Photos of our studios and the behind-the-scenes shots on the about page are authentic and therefore not labelled.

Abstract graphics, 3D renderings, icons and illustrations are not labelled. They do not depict real people, places or events and cannot be mistaken for authentic footage.

4. Data processing in the AI chat

Your chat input is transmitted to a model provider for processing. Please do not enter sensitive personal data or trade secrets. Details on purposes, legal bases and your rights are available in our privacy policy.

5. Responsibility
