    Dashboards you can work with.

Which enquiries are suitable? What is changing in sales? Which data is out of date? We build reporting around your decisions, combining data models, sources and usable interfaces.

    Discuss your dashboard

Start with the decision, then the chart.

A weekly report can contain many figures and still leave the key question unanswered: do more enquiries mean more suitable projects? We start with the decisions your team needs to make. Those decisions determine metrics, filters and explanations that marketing, sales and management can use in daily work.

    Comparable figures with understandable limits

A shared view needs definitions for periods, currencies, statuses, and sources. Ad platforms, and CRM systems count different events. We reconcile relevant metrics and show remaining differences. The makes information usable; any additional effect of an activity requires an appropriate measurement method.

    A useful initial scope

We select a decision and the sources needed to support it. You receive a metric dictionary, agreed data connections and a usable first view with documented checks. Extensions, licensing and ongoing support are agreed separately.

    Make data quality visible

Freshness, missing data, filters and calculation rules belong in the interface. A failed source should not produce a report that looks current. Metrics also need an owner and an explanation of how changed rules affect historical comparisons.

From a finding to an action

A decline in qualified enquiries may prompt a review of enquiry journeys or qualification rules. We design views so those questions can be explored. Automated alerts remain signals to investigate; they do not replace business judgement.

    Illustrative example · fictional data

Why six conversions may be five enquiries.

Explore three steps from an event to a useful decision. This example is not connected to a live system and is not a client result.

    6 form events

In this fictional example, the website records six form submissions. One enquiry was sent twice. Counting every event as a new lead would overstate the result.
