Ask the right question before the next investment.

Market research should prepare a decision. We focus the question, review existing knowledge and plan what additional evidence is actually needed.

What do you need to know to move forward?

Is the new proposition understandable? How do two audiences differ in their expectations? Which positions do competitors already occupy? These questions need different investigations. We turn a business question into a research task that can be addressed through traceable sources and a suitable method.

Give findings a route into delivery

We connect research planning with brand strategy, and UX. Before investigating, we establish which decision depends on the answer. The findings can then inform specific changes to the proposition, its explanation or the experience.

Match the method to the claim

Existing studies and public competitor information can establish context. Interviews help explore motivations and language. Concept and usability tests examine responses to something specific. Quantitative surveys can estimate frequencies when sampling and collection methods support that use.

We agree the audience, participant selection, questions and analysis in advance. Recruitment, panels, fieldwork and any specialist research partners are identified in the proposal according to the project’s needs.

Start small with a clear decision

A research sprint can start with existing sources and one focused concept question. Deliverables include a documented knowledge base, findings with methodological context and the decisions or tests to follow. Effort and timing depend on the question, audience and access.

Illustrative example, not a client result: before a relaunch, two explanations of a complex offer are evaluated. Comprehension problems inform the next version of the copy and UX. This investigation alone does not establish an increase in revenue.

    Make limitations visible

Who was included and who is missing? When was the evidence collected? Which statements are supported and which remain hypotheses? These limits belong in the findings. AI can support research preparation and organisation; invented participants or synthetic answers do not replace collected customer evidence.

    How we deliver

    01

    Define the decision

Establish what the team needs to decide afterwards.

    02

    Review knowledge

Check existing sources, freshness and gaps.

    03

    Plan the study

Agree methods, sample, access and analysis.

    04

    Interpret findings

Present evidence, contradictions and limits clearly.

    05

    Apply the learning

Prioritise specific work for brand, content or UX.
