Stop chatting. Start steering.Four Grok roles for CMO, brand, digital and social, with rules that know your brand.
Your team already uses AI. What is missing is the frame: clear roles, hard limits, and output in formats that survive a board meeting. That is what we build into your Grok setup.
What are Grok Bot Templates?
Grok Bot Templates are role-specific AI systems for marketing teams: a fixed set of instructions, skills, guardrails and output formats. Instead of one-off prompts, CMO, brand, digital and social teams run repeatable decisions, calibrated to brand, tone of voice and approval logic.

Human Intent→Grok Engine→Engineered Output
01 / Problem
The problem is not the model. It is the missing frame.
We sit with marketing leadership every week. Three sentences come up almost every time.
"We produce more than ever."
Output is up, impact stays flat, because nobody defined what it should pay into.
"It sounds like everyone else."
Volume has become cheap. A recognisable brand stays expensive.
"We have numbers, not a decision."
The dashboard is full. The question "what do we pause?" stays open.
Grok reasons fast and precisely. Without a frame it stays a chat. With one it becomes the groundwork that otherwise costs you two meetings.
02 / Basics
Briefly explained: what is Grok, and what is a Grok Bot?
Before we get to our templates, here is the base in four points. If you already use Grok daily, skip ahead.
01
Grok is the AI model built by xAI
A language model like ChatGPT or Claude, available via grok.com, the app and the X integration. It answers fast, pulls in current web and X data, and shows its reasoning steps.
02
A Grok Bot is a saved role
Instead of explaining who the bot should be every single time, you define it once: mandate, tone of voice, limits, format. You add your own files, for example brand code, KPI set or claims list. The bot can be shared across the team.
03
What is new is the mix of role, files and short commands
The bot no longer works only with whatever sits in the chat window. It draws its truth from the files you upload and runs recurring routines through short commands such as /decision or /fit-check.
04
Our templates are the finished blueprint for that
We deliver the four roles fully prepared: mandate, short commands, limits, output formats. You add your brand files and the bot is ready to work.
You need Grok access inside your company. Without Grok Bot, the fallback runs on custom instructions plus playbook.
03 / Definition
What we mean by "template" and what we do not
It is not a clever prompt to copy. It is a role with a mandate, limits and a delivery format:
A clear mandate: which decision the role prepares and which it does not
Short commands for recurring tasks (/decision, /fit-check, /log …)
Limits the bot will not cross (BLOCK / WARN / LABEL)
Fixed formats that hold up in a management meeting
A weekly routine instead of random use
A clean handover between the four roles
Bottom line: you do not get a pilot to play with, you get a standard your team works to.
04 / Roles
Four roles that hand work to each other: from board memo to post
01 / For: CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Marketing
CMO Command Center
Prioritise, align, grow.
Works like a chief of staff. Condenses signals, board narrative, investment logic, keep/kill/pause.
/decision /stack /brief /narrative
Leadership Memo
Priority Stack
Budget Logic
Agency Brief
Less status. More steering.
02 / For: Brand Manager, Brand Lead, Head of Brand
Brand Guardian
Scale identity without diluting it.
Diagnosis first, rewrite second. Fit score with anchors, claim risk, alternatives with trade-offs.
/fit-check /rails /architecture /naming
Brand Fit Score
Message Architecture
Rails
Naming Check
Scale must not look like arbitrariness.
03 / For: Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Lead, Growth
In the brand-fit session we load your brand code, KPI set, claims list and approvals into the bot as files. From then on it stops guessing.
06 / Creative Engineering
Why you will not find this on a prompt marketplace
Strategy, creation and technology sit at the same table here. That is why quality comes from how this is built and not from getting lucky with a prompt.
Generic AI
Engineered Grok Template
"Write a post"
Format with platform, brand and quarterly goal
Style by gut feel
Fit score and rails
One-off answer
Skill + routine + validation
Tool play
Team standard with an approval boundary
07 / Process
From first call to a running setup in two weeks
01
Listen
45 minutes: which decisions cost you the most time right now? That tells us which role goes live first.
02
Set up
We duplicate the master bot and load your brand code, KPI set and approval rules as files.
03
Hand over
Activate the commands, agree the weekly routine, run one real case. Plus an honest quality check alongside your team.
08 / Starter
Test first, decide after: the four starter kits
Each kit (v1.1) holds the setup, instructions, a starter brief and three exercises. That is enough to see within an hour whether the role works for you. It is deliberately the starting layer and not our full internal system. After a short form you can copy the text straight away.

Where this pays off and where it does not
For marketing organisations that
run marketing as a system, not as a series of campaigns
want to scale AI without losing their own voice
need standards that survive the next team change
want speed while keeping brand and legal risk under control
Not for teams that
just need a few quick captions
cannot name their KPIs or their brand core
hope AI will replace strategy
What the output sounds like day to day
CMO Command Center
"Q4 priority is not reach, it is conversion quality in two segments. Pause three initiatives. Fund one."
Brand Guardian
"The claim is interchangeable. The core code 'precise + human' is missing. Alternative B keeps both tempo and code."
Performance Architect
"Meta wins on CPA, loses on incrementality. VANITY RISK. 70/30 test, stop after 8,000 spend."
Social Systems Operator
"No lifestyle cutdown. Hook within 1.2 seconds, proof in scene 2, brand after utility. Paid-capable: no."
