AI becomes useful when it fits your team’s work.
We connect AI, content and technical integration around a specific task. With results you can assess, clear approvals and a team that can keep the solution working.
Which step slows your team down?
Gathering information from several sources. Preparing for additional markets. Handling recurring handovers between editors and systems. AI can help when the task, sources and quality standard are clear. We start with a bounded use case and assess whether AI or straightforward rules-based automation fits it better.
Make room for better work
Creative Engineering brings concept, design and development together. AI can prepare variations, help retrieve knowledge or support routine tasks. We assess the across the whole workflow: output quality, correction effort, turnaround and team adoption. We take responsibility for concept and quality.
Three practical starting points
Content: approved source material becomes drafts for additional formats or markets. Editorial review, brand quality and any required original photography remain part of the task. Our Content Factory brings these steps into an agreed production workflow.
Knowledge: a pilot can prepare answers or drafts using approved company sources. Source references, permissions and responses to missing information are tested before extending its use.
Processes: we examine a recurring task, such as preparing and reviewing CMS content. System access, approvals and error handling are part of the integration.
A pilot should show what works in practice
Illustrative example, not a client result: an approved product text is adapted for another market. The draft refers back to its source information, an editor reviews terminology and brand expression, and publication follows approval. Corrections and effort inform the evaluation.
Before starting, we agree the task, test material, quality criteria and acceptance. Depending on scope, the result is a tested prototype or connected pilot, with findings and a recommendation for further development. A prototype is not yet an approved production service.
Scope and cost follow the task
We estimate work based on sources, systems, formats, required quality and review effort. The proposal identifies original production, adaptations, integration, software and model costs, and ongoing support. A count of generated images alone does not describe that service adequately.
How we deliver
Choose the task
Define one recurring step and the intended result.
Set foundations
Agree sources, permissions, system access and quality criteria.
Build the pilot
Implement the bounded workflow with examples and failure cases.
Evaluate with the team
Assess results, corrections and total effort.
Decide what follows
Extend, adapt or stop; establish operation and ownership.
