Alpina x PANTONE: 46 shades. Find your own colour palette.
A colour catches your eye. But how will it feel in a room, and which shades will work with it? For Alpina x PANTONE, we brought 46 wall paint shades, interior inspiration and an interactive colour tool into one microsite. A campaign across Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook provided the visual starting points.

Helping people explore a collection
Alpina x PANTONE brings PANTONE’s colour world to Alpina wall paints. Our task was to express the collection’s design positioning and present its variety in a way that could inspire ideas for people’s own homes.
We placed the 46 shades in different interior settings. Rooms, materials and combinations illustrate what a colour swatch alone can rarely convey: the atmosphere a shade can help create.
See the shades. Explore the combinations.
The microsite takes visitors from an overview into the details of the collection. Clear navigation opens up the shades, while an inspiration slider shows them in different rooms and interior styles.
The colour combination tool enables the next step: discovering complementary palettes and putting together a colour scheme of your own. Product presentation becomes a practical way to explore a personal choice.
Creative Engineering: Making the idea usable
We developed the concept, UX/UI, interaction design and technical implementation together. Colour presentation, navigation and interactive features follow the same idea: making the collection easy to explore.
Responsive design carries that idea across smartphones, tablets and desktops. The wireframes and finished screens in the gallery trace the development from page structure to digital experience.
A new colour opens the next chapter
At launch, we featured PANTONE’s 2025 Colour of the Year, Mocha Mousse, as the visual entry point. For 2026, that entry point was updated with Cloud Dancer.
The new Colour of the Year gives the existing collection another creative focus. The other shades, interior inspiration and colour combinations remain part of the experience.

From the feed to a personal palette
In parallel, we developed the campaign for Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook. Channel-specific formats featured colour and interior ideas, including Amparo Blue, Emerald and Lobster Bisque, and directed people to the microsite.
Each part had a clear role: social media provided the visual spark; the microsite let visitors explore the collection and try combinations. Together, they connected the campaign idea with practical help in choosing colours.
From concept to campaign assets
Our services covered microsite concept and development, UX/UI and web design, interaction design, and colour and product presentation. We also conceived and built the colour combination tool, responsive layouts and technical implementation.
For social media, we developed the strategy and campaign concept, created content and produced the media assets.
