EWE: Turning “Ganz Du” into participation.
When do you feel most like yourself? For EWE, we turned that question into an invitation to take part. A moments challenge, an Advent calendar and a quiz translated the “Ganz Du” brand idea into personal experiences, from an individual contribution to a tailored quiz result.

A brand idea finds a personal starting point
“Ganz Du” puts people and the moments that matter to them at the centre. Our task was to turn that idea into tangible ways to take part.
Sharing a story, opening a daily Advent calendar door or discovering a personal “Ganz Du” type: each format offered a different way into the brand idea. We connected campaign concept, design and development with the practical work behind the experience.
The Moments Challenge: A story of your own
People could share the moments in which they felt most like themselves. They submitted text and photos or added an AI-generated avatar. A public gallery displayed their stories, and a voting system let others support their favourites.
Avatars offered another way to illustrate a personal moment. We integrated AI-assisted content moderation to help review user submissions. Participation, presentation and content review were part of the same development task.
The Advent calendar: A new reason to return each day
The EWE Advent calendar carried the brand idea into the festive season. Daily content and prize opportunities invited people to return.
We developed the calendar, refined its technical setup and integrated Friendly Captcha alongside connections to newsletter and tracking systems. We also managed the prizes, from selection and purchasing to packing and shipping. The on-screen experience and the work of running the promotion came together.
The quiz: From preferences to a personal result
The quiz explored “Ganz Du” through playful questions. Participants’ answers led to a personal “Ganz Du” type and relevant EWE product recommendations. Creating an avatar was optional.
We designed the journey for mobile use and added a prize draw and optional newsletter sign-up. The format connected an exploration of personal preferences with an introduction to EWE’s offers.
A film carries the story into the year’s end
Alongside the digital experiences, we developed a Christmas and New Year film for EWE-TEL. The project included a master film for external communication and an internal Christmas adaptation.
Story concept, storyboarding, AI animation, motion design and voice-over formed a production process without a traditional shoot. The creative idea guided the technical execution. We take responsibility for the concept and quality.
Creative Engineering: From brand idea to working experience
An interactive campaign needs an idea that invites participation and practical processes that make it possible. For EWE, that meant creating and reviewing contributions, handling entries, delivering results and shipping prizes.
Our work connected campaign concept and UX/UI with web development, AI avatars, content moderation and technical integrations. Prize fulfilment and the complementary film production extended the work beyond the website. Each digital format had its own participation mechanic, held together by the same brand idea.
