Bring product knowledge into the workflow.
A product changes, but its information is scattered across documents, spreadsheets and web pages. Preparing the next variant means searching again. We start by structuring this knowledge: which details belong together, which source is authoritative and who reviews the result? Payload is a strategic focus for us in building digital platforms and agentic workflows on that foundation.
Design brand, editorial work and development together.
A useful model makes information reusable. A clear interface helps editors work with it. Defined tasks and permissions limit what an agent can do. We develop these elements together and assess their value within your actual workflow.

Step 1 of 4
One source, a defined task.
Prepare a short product description for an office-planning page. The agent may read the approved product record and create a content draft. It may not change product facts or publish the page.

The value of a pilot is assessed through useful content, traceable claims and the effort needed to review and revise it. We take responsibility for concept and quality.
Explore the technical approachWhat we build with Payload
We start with your content and the people working with it, then define the platform and connections it needs.
Structured content
Model products, services, evidence and media as connected information. Establish what is maintained centrally and what is adapted locally.
Websites and applications
Connect journeys, components and functions to the CMS. Preview and editorial usability are part of the design.
Agentic workflows
Define bounded tasks, such as preparing a content variant, retain sources and connect the output to an accountable review process.
Integration and operations
Plan interfaces, migration, ownership and maintenance. Assess availability requirements and total effort for the project.
Define what agents are allowed to do
Payload’s official MCP plugin exposes CMS actions to agents. Available actions and content access can be limited, and existing access rules remain relevant.
That capability alone does not create a reliable editorial process. We design sources, review steps and ownership, and test missing information and incorrect drafts. We take responsibility for concept and quality.
When Payload fits your project
We consider Payload when structured content, custom functionality and collaboration with developers and agents come together. Editorial needs matter alongside hosting, extensions, maintenance and budget.
We also assess whether your existing system already meets the need. A new platform requires a clear benefit and a realistic operating model.
Start with one task
A pilot covers one content type, one data source and one review path. It produces a traceable workflow and a shared assessment of accuracy, usability, turnaround time and revision effort.
Scope and costs are agreed before work begins. The pilot informs the next investment decision; it cannot promise a universal time saving or automatic visibility in AI answers.
How we deliver
Choose the task
Agree one user or editorial need and a result that can be reviewed.
Model the content
Define sources, fields, relationships and ownership together.
Build the workflow
Connect editorial work, integration and bounded agent actions in a pilot.
Check quality
Test accuracy, usability, permissions and failure cases.
Decide the next step
Assess value, effort and operating requirements before prioritising expansion.

Payload & MCP: From product knowledge to reviewed content
The product knowledge exists, but publishing the next page still takes many manual steps. A practical example shows how a CMS, AI and editors can work together.
